Tempest lives in the village of Pao, in the Stadius Zone. With the recent epidemic that has
broken out in the Prarie, Tempest and Fresca are forced to leave their village in order to find a
cure. Tempest is a very strong and brave fighter who doesn't back down from a fight. Hopefully,
he's strong enough to face what lies ahead.
